Job Overview:
The Legal Support role provides assistance to the Legal Department in managing contracts, conducting research, and handling various legal and administrative matters. The position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Contract and Document Management
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts and agreements.
- Review and edit legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare corporate and administrative documents, including resolutions and organizational records.
- Maintain and update document templates and filing systems.
- Organize and archive legal documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
Legal Research and Compliance

Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters as assigned.
- Summarize findings and present key insights to relevant stakeholders.

Support compliance initiatives and documentation requirements.
- Assist with managing and maintaining intellectual property and licensing documentation.
Corporate and Administrative Support

Prepare documentation for entity registration and related filings.
- Track deadlines and manage submissions to ensure timely compliance.
- Draft letters, notices, and correspondence related to legal matters.
- Coordinate notarization, legalization, or apostille of documents when needed.
- Attend meetings and prepare related documentation or minutes.
Advisory and Coordination

Provide assistance in handling claims, disputes, and investigations.
- Support the Legal Department in corporate and operational legal matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers for legal and administrative coordination.
Qualifications:
Education
* Bachelors degree in Law or related discipline from a reputable institution.
* Professional legal license or bar membership is preferred but not required.
* At least five (5) years of experience in a legal or corporate support role.
* Exposure to multinational or cross-functional environments is an advantage
* Strong understanding of legal documentation and procedures.
* Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
