Key responsibilities:

Clinical Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the main clinic and mobile clinics, ensuring all clinical services meet high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage clinical projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.

IT Operations:

  • Oversee the IT infrastructure supporting clinical operations, and ensure the integration and effective use of clinical information systems and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Coordinate with IT teams to address any technical issues impacting clinical operations.

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical and operational staff, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning process, aligning clinical operations with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinical services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Other Functions

  • Perform such other tasks and duties that may be assigned in accordance with the needs of the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Preferably with experience in clinic or hospital operations, mobile healthcare services, or outpatient care settings.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budget oversight.
  • Knowledgeable in quality assurance programs and healthcare compliance (DOH, PhilHealth, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, particularly electronic health records (EHR), and ability to work with IT teams for system support and improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communicator with experience engaging multiple stakeholders and managing change.
  • Willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Job Type: Full-time

Hybrid 3x onsite (MWTh) remained are WFH core hours 10am to 3pm

Not strictly 8 hours/day; output-focused.
