Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manages satisfactory relationship with key contacts
• Ensures that routine account-related requests and
• resolution of issues are addressed within the agreed TAT
• Assists other departments in requesting for credit limits, relation management applications, and counterparty onboarding
• Manages all relevant risks including but not limited to AML, Compliance, Credit, Ops Risk, Market, Liquidity and Interest Rate risk
• Performs diligently Know Your Customer, Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence activities as required by Regulatory and internal Compliance/AML policies in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Must have at least 4 years of exposure to account and relationship management
• Strong banking industry background is required
