Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to the Website Manager to prioritize the workflow pipeline based on regulatory requirements and strategic marketing goals, while redirecting non-priority tasks back to marketing managers. 
  • Interpreting key business needs and collaborating with the wider content team to create innovative and engaging content. 
  • Executing integrated marketing campaigns efficiently, with a strong emphasis on fast delivery and speed-to-market. 
  • Managing ongoing content publication and maintaining website content for the firm. 
  • Partnering with the Digital UX Researcher to establish best-practice layouts and continuously optimize user experience. 
  • Updating and refining web pages in alignment with marketing strategies and the organization's core pillars. 
  • Applying effective content management practices to eliminate bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency. 
  • Overseeing the full content lifecycle, including retiring outdated materials and regularly reviewing evergreen content. 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date activity records using Wrike, digital trackers, and the ServiceNow platform. 
  • Leading project management efforts to achieve optimal digital performance and enhanced client outcomes.
