About the job Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist executives, VIPs, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous
- manner.
- Manage the executive lobby reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and
- presentable workspace.
- Receive, screen, and endorse visitors following company security and access protocols.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and documents.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed by executives and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, Customer Service
- Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
