About the Role:

  • Implementation and process improvement of HR policies and procedures. 

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Strong Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, investigations, and DOLE compliance expertise; proven client-facing stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership
  • Solid background supporting clients in Australia, the UK, and/or the US is an advantage

    Work set-up:
    Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
    Schedule: Onsite Monday to Friday, (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
