About the job Learning and Development Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the coordination of the firm's technical skills training and global training curriculums and schedule.
Coordinate with essential training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science Psychology,
Business Management, or any related fields
Has at least 3 - 4 years of related working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
