My client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Leader to oversee all aspects of their growth strategies. This role will lead both marketing and B2B sales teams, strategically bonding them to formulate optimized processes across the funnel and ensuring consistent business expansion.
The Growth Leader will be responsible for developing strategies, managing execution, and leading initiatives across marketing, lead generation, client engagement, and sales operations. Someone who is results driven with innovative awareness to optimize a full suite growth strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, has a commercially driven mindset, and can seamlessly bridge marketing and sales to achieve revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven growth strategies that align with company objectives.
- Oversee all B2B sales activities, including sales funnel design, process optimization, client engagement, and conversion.
- Lead marketing initiatives including email automation, website optimization, landing page development, and campaign execution.
- Utilize both external tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and internal lead generation systems to build and qualify pipelines.
- Create a scalable, repeatable process for lead management, nurturing, and closing deals.
- Drive multi-channel engagement strategies (email, LinkedIn, events, inbound/outbound marketing) to maximize reach.
- Partner with leadership teams to align marketing and sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs across the funnel to continuously refine growth tactics.
Required:
- Proven experience leading growth initiatives in B2B SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, or related industries.
- Strong background in sales strategy, sales funnels, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2B sales and marketing operations.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Track record of leadership impact, including implementing change and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience optimizing digital channels, including websites, landing pages, and engagement campaigns.
