Your Role:

As a Senior Associate, Fund Accoutning, you will:

  • Prepare low to medium complexity Net Asset Value (NAV) packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with global internal and external parties (investment managers, brokers, auditors) to facilitate transaction processing and resolve data queries.
  • Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and client terminations to ensure information is completed with accurate data. Execute fee processing management, including booking fees into the billing system and preparing client invoices.
  • Analyze operational data to complete monthly revenue accrual reports and prepare key management reporting (KPIs, Accounts Receivable, profitability).

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology-related courses.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hedge funds or private equity, OR 1 to 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven capacity to accurately handle financial data management, data entry, and transaction processing.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams, custodians, auditors, and investment managers.
  • Solid attention to detail for managing billing systems, invoices, and monthly revenue accrual reports.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Proficiency or prior knowledge of the Advent Geneva system.
  • Strong analytical skills for generating KPIs, Accounts Receivable, and client profitability reports.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on low to medium complexity NAV packages.
  • Adaptability in navigating hybrid work setups and cross-border operational timelines.
  • Familiarity with MaplesFS or similar institutional policies and fund administration compliance standards.
