Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher for a leading petroleum storage terminal in Dar es Salaam. The role is responsible for coordinating fuel dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate loading schedules, monitoring delivery documentation, and maintaining smooth communication between depot operations, transporters, and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience in logistics or fuel dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fuel dispatch and loading schedules.
• Ensure accurate documentation for product dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor truck loading activities and dispatch timelines.
• Verify dispatch orders, delivery notes, and transport documentation.
• Communicate with transporters, depot operators, and clients for smooth operations.
• Track dispatch performance and resolve operational delays.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Support stock reconciliation related to dispatch activities.
• Follow all terminal and company dispatch procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transport coordination, or depot operations.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, fuel dispatch, or terminal operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of dispatch processes and transport documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules.
• Good reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
