Sales & Marketing Manager

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales development by identifying, approaching, and securing new corporate customers, with a strong focus on Japanese accounts across automotive, medical devices, industrial electronics, and consumer technology sectors.

  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for new clients, including prospecting, capability presentation, RFQ response, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.

  • Serve as the key liaison for Japanese customers, conducting business communication in Japanese and building long-term, trust-based partnerships at both operational and management levels.

  • Lead technical and commercial discussions with B2B clients, ensuring customer requirements are accurately understood and aligned with internal execution capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, supply chain) to ensure smooth project transitions and successful delivery.

  • Monitor the Vietnam EMS B2B market, tracking competitor strategies, pricing movements, and new technology trends, particularly among Japanese manufacturers.

  • Capture customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement in service quality and solution offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within EMS, OEM, ODM, or electronic manufacturing–related industries.

  • Strong track record in B2B business development, especially with corporate or multinational clients.

  • Hands-on experience working with Japanese companies or serving Japanese customers is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes such as PCBA, SMT, testing, and supply chain operations.

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a key requirement; English proficiency required for internal and international communication.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required for B2B client development.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  • Compensation: Competitive salary package, including housing allowance.

  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus.

  • Insurance: Full statutory social insurance based on gross salary.
