Techincal Services Engineer/ Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to provide design solutions tailored to project requirements, customer needs, and market conditions, supporting specification winning and sales growth.
  • Deliver technical advice and design services to customers; influence and secure specifications and orders for the company insulated panel products.
  • Support the Marketing Team with technical detailing to help produce high-quality industry literature for specifiers, contractors, and building owners.
  • Assist compliance processes by identifying non-conformities, reporting to the Technical Lead, and maintaining procedures aligned with company and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the Technical Team and Operations functions to provide feedback from job sites and contribute to product improvement and performance evaluation.
  • Support the assessment and execution of technical elements within business strategies.
  • Participate in identifying personal training and development needs to foster continuous professional growth.
  • Assist in documenting and analyzing customer complaints, claims, and product issues to determine root causes and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Build expertise in thermal, fire, acoustic, and environmental insulation technologies to support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the technical team in internal meetings and, when appropriate, at industry associations, technical forums, or customer interactions under senior guidance.
  • Analyze technical data and trends to provide insights on risks, opportunities, and market-related product performance.
  • Ensure all external technical documents and communications meet professional standards and comply with the company branding and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the execution of technical projects through reporting, coordination, testing, and documentation following best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Ability to develop and revise construction drawings as required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of steel structures, claddings, standing seam roofing systems, and specification preparation.
  • Proficient in reading Architectural/Structural drawings and performing quantity take-offs for insulated panels.
  • Knowledge of engineering calculations related to loading and system design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, SolidWorks, and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and the role the company plays in the sectors it operates in.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders both remotely and in person.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with an appreciation of the company commercial strategies and the ability to align technical support accordingly.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
