JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Occupational Safety Management

• Monitor and supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations and procedures throughout all production activities at the factory.
• Identify hazards, assess workplace risks, and propose control measures to minimize the risk of incidents.
• Coordinate in the investigation and root cause analysis of occupational accidents and safety incidents, and provide appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of post-incident improvement measures to prevent recurrence.

2. EHS Training and Awareness

• Organize occupational safety training programs for new employees and conduct periodic training for current workers.
• Develop and update training materials, procedures, guidelines, and safety standards based on actual requirements.
• Implement promotional activities to raise awareness of safety compliance and EHS culture within the company.

3. Inspection, Assessment, and Compliance

• Conduct periodic inspections and assessments in production areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Check the operational status of the fire protection and fighting system, personal protective equipment (PPE), and related safety equipment.
• Assess the EHS compliance level of all departments, operational units, and contractors working at the factory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College/University degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience working as an EHS Engineer/HSE Engineer in manufacturing plants or industrial environments.
• Deep understanding of legal regulations regarding occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environment, and related EHS standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and develop preventive measures.
• Good training, communication, and coordination skills with various departments in the factory.
• Ability to use Chinese at work (candidates with HSK 4 or above are preferred), especially in an FDI corporate environment.
• High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently under pressure.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

• Work Location: Hai Duong
• Salary: ~ 20 – 28 million VND
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings per month.
• 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.
• Social Insurance (BHXH) in accordance with state regulations, with contributions starting from the probation period.
• Salary review and promotion opportunities twice a year.
