Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Monitor HSE compliance, conduct risk assessments, and manage incident investigations.
• Organize HSE training programs and promote safety awareness.
• Manage contractors, chemical safety, fire prevention, emergency response, and regulated equipment.
• Supervise environmental activities, including wastewater, emissions, CEMS, and waste management.
• Maintain HSE records, prepare reports, and coordinate with authorities, customers, and stakeholders.
• Implement sustainability and social responsibility standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Good skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, communication, training, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas management, energy management, and sustainability standards (SMETA, SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to read P&ID and PFD drawings is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
