JOB DESCRIPTION – INVESTMENT MANAGER

1. Key Responsibilities

Investment & Project Management

• Lead and manage large-scale investment projects in real estate or industrial manufacturing from opportunity assessment, due diligence to execution and operation.
• Ensure projects meet strategic investment objectives in terms of timeline, budget, and financial performance.

Deal Advisory & Investment Evaluation

• Play a key role in advising and executing investment deals, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, valuation, risk assessment, and deal structuring.
• Support Senior Management in making strategic investment decisions.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Build, review, and analyze financial models, project cash flows, and financial statements.
• Monitor investment performance, analyze variances against plan, and propose optimization solutions.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact with investors, partners, banks, consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
• Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication
  throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management

• Identify financial, legal, operational, and market risks related to investment projects.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to protect investment value.

Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, investment performance, financial analysis, and risk assessment
• Present investment proposals and reports to Senior Management, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.

2. Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in investment, deal advisory, or management consulting at Big 4 / Big 3 firms, top-tier or second-tier banks, financial institutions, or investment funds.
• Strong background or exposure to real estate or industrial manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and investment reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
