SALES EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Giang

1. Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop the Companys existing customer base.

• Coordinate with relevant departments in the Factory to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of product quality and delivery schedule.

• Prepare and submit reports as required for the role.

2. Job Requirements

• University degree in any major.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position, or experience working in a factory in customer-facing roles (such as Customer Service, Sales, or Project Manager).

• Able to use both English and Chinese in daily work.

• Personal qualities: proactive, flexible, and adaptable.

3. Benefits

• Working time: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.

• 13th-month salary (based on business performance, but guaranteed).

• Social insurance contribution starting from the probation period, with a contribution base equivalent to 60–70% of total salary.

• Annual seniority bonus and year-end bonus.

• Full statutory benefits in accordance with Vietnamese labor law: Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance.
