Position: Pricing Leader / Pricing Staff

Location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
Salary:

• Staff: 13–15 million VND
• Leader: Up to 18 million VND

Job Description

• Supervise updates of vessel schedules, buying rates, and input costs:
  Review, verify, and approve data prepared by staff before submission to Sales, Management, Documentation, and Accounting teams; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze and periodically evaluate market prices and competitors:
  Organize market data collection, assess competitiveness, and propose appropriate adjustments to purchasing price strategies; be responsible for explanation and reporting to the Department Manager.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across the team:
  Control the quality of operational data such as vessel schedules, costs, shipping documents, receivables/payables, and reports before submitting to management or forwarding to relevant departments.
• Train, guide, and supervise team members:
  Ensure staff comply with operational requirements related to documentation, cargo handling, authorization issuance/renewal, especially for complex cargo types and shipping routes.
• Communicate and monitor information updates to customers and partners:
  Take responsibility for verifying and implementing internal policy or regulation updates, ensuring timely and clear communication to customers, agents, and local subcontractors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors and senior management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher
• Major: Economics, Foreign Trade, Transportation, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership/management role
• Languages:
• English: Proficient
• Japanese: An advantage
• IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge & Expertise

• Solid understanding of forwarding, logistics operations, and customer service
• Basic knowledge of customs procedures
• Familiar with Southeast Asia pricing market and sea freight operations
