Position: Business Development (Executive / Manager)

Working location: Lai Da, Dong Anh, Hanoi

Working time: Monay – Friday

1. Role Overview

  • This is a core position involved in building a brand-new international exhibition business line in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing international partners, introducing exhibition models, brands, and concepts to the Vietnamese market for the first time, and working directly with the Exhibition Units CEO.
  • The role is ideal for candidates with a global mindset, strong capabilities in proposal development, pitching, and negotiation, and a passion for building new markets from the ground up.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and proactively identify potential partners across Europe, the Middle East, Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, the United States, and other regions.
  • Establish and develop international partnerships in exhibitions, MICE, trade promotion, and IP/branding.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, cooperation concepts, business cases, and MOU documentation tailored to each partner and market.
  • Participate in discussions, negotiations, and execution of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Coordinate internally to handover partners post-MOU to operations and sales teams for continued engagement and implementation.
  • Monitor the early-stage cooperation process to ensure strategic alignment and international standards.
  • Propose new exhibition ideas and models; participate in research on exhibition concepts, zoning, and industry mix when required.

Note: This role does not directly sign commercial contracts; it focuses on partner development and strategic collaboration setup.

3. Candidate Requirements

  • Flexible age range: Open to candidates born in the 1990s or 2000s, with a long-term career orientation in international business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Development, International Sales, or Trade Promotion, working with overseas clients or partners.
  • Fluent English for professional communication, negotiation, and proposal writing; Korean language skills are a plus.
  • Strong capability in proposal writing, project concept development, pitching, and international negotiations.
  • Strategic mindset; proactive, creative, and able to work independently in new market development.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in MICE, exhibitions, trade promotion, or international client consulting.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Net income: VND 30–50 million/month (Net)
  • No bonus applied in the initial phase, as this is a newly launched exhibition project.
