Manager of Sales Department (Medical/Healthcare/Hanoi)

 Job Description:

Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicine, medical equipment or other offline market channels in medical industry.

Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Potential Customer Development

  • Develop and expand offline channels and local networks, including residential areas, households, and business partners.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with government authorities, departments, and public institutions to implement partnership programs.
  • Build relationships with potential customers and manage customer/partner databases effectively.
  • Propose and execute appropriate business plans and initiatives to ensure assigned targets and revenue goals are achieved.

2. Product & Service Consulting and Promotion

  • Propose and develop products, services, sales policies, and customer/partner care mechanisms.
  • Advise and clearly explain to customers/partners about the companys products, services, programs, and business policies.
  • Plan and coordinate the organization of offline events and activities to promote the hospital and its services.

3. Relationship Management & After-sales Customer Care

  • Monitor service delivery and manage post-sales customer care activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Companys Board of Management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance & Banking, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in a similar position, with experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicine, medical equipment or other offline market channels.
  • Priority given to candidates who already have an existing pool of partners/customers with well-maintained relationships.
  • Solid experience in Business Development, Partnerships, and Market Sales.
  • Proven experience in team building, training, and people management, leading teams of 5–10 member.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset; ability to propose and implement new solutions to improve business effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
