Human Resource Director - focus Recruitment (Healthcare/Hybrid - HN)

1: Job Description
- Develop recruitment plans and take full ownership of end-to-end hiring activities, with a strong focus on key positions, to support the companys agile growth needs.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong talent pool through direct networking activities, primarily targeting Sales, Marketing, and Market Development functions.
- Regularly update and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a stable, high-quality talent supply ready for both planned and ad-hoc hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment in professional capability, cultural fit, and long-term development orientation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement employer branding and recruitment communication activities across channels such as Website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with Operations and Business teams across branches/units to accurately capture hiring needs and propose effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor, manage, and report recruitment progress on a regular basis to stakeholders and the Leadership team.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
2: Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of 2–3 years at a headhunting firm or in a recruitment management role.
- Experience recruiting for industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, etc.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Ability to work directly with Senior Leadership, translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, multitasking abilities, and high pressure tolerance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
