1/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish Digital Skill ID
• Monitor individual performance on all direct workers
• Overview planning efficiency compared to skills and performance
• Coordinate education path for all direct workers
• Report to Production Manager & CEO.

2/ REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent English
• Data analytical skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience is an advantage (Other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle,... are also accepted)
• Ability to work independently
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing factory
