Product Engineer

Location: Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh

Job Description:

• Act as the technical contact for product-related issues and improvements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams.
• Prepare product documentation (BOM, drawing, work instruction).
• Analyze product performance, quality issues, and propose improvement actions.
• Support design verification and validation activities.
• Manage product lifecycle changes and ensure product conformity to customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product or design engineering (electronics industry preferred).
• Knowledge of product development, drawings, and tolerance analysis.
• Familiar with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Good command of English or Chinese
