Job Description

• Manage and supervise all engineering/facility activities according to the assigned plan.
• Develop, implement, and improve engineering processes to ensure quality and progress.
• Coordinate with related departments to handle issues arising during operations/projects.
• Control work quality, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality management systems (ISO/IATF, if applicable).
• Analyze defects, execute reports, and implement improvements using quality tools (8D, 5Why, QC tools).
• Participate in internal process audits, improve efficiency, and optimize costs.
• Train, guide, and manage the engineering/facility team.
• Periodically report work progress and quality to superiors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: College/University degree in related engineering fields (electronics, mechanical, physics, chemistry).
• Experience: 5 years of engineering/process experience, including 2 years in a management position.
• Knowledge: Understanding of quality management systems (ISO/IATF 16949).
• Skills:
  • Proficient in quality tools (7 QC tools, 8D, 5Why) and MS Office.
  • Able to use Chinese at work; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Good team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude: Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
