Job Description:
Position: Bussiness Development Manager
Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
Working mode: Remote
CNK Consultings client is a Chinese semiconductor manufacturing group. Our client is currently planning to expand and develop their market in Vietnam.
They specialize in providing products such as Diodes, Rectifiers, SiC, IGBT, Transistors, SCR, TVS, and Power Semiconductors. The company is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:
1/ JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Expand market coverage, acquire new customers, and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis and propose effective business and budget plans.
2/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, including at least 3 years as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- In-depth market knowledge with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in selling Diodes, Rectifiers, SiC, IGBT, Transistors, SCR, TVS, and Power Semiconductors.
- Fluent in English for daily communication and reporting.
