Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh

1/Job Description:

Process improvement and maintenance, process setup and optimize, BOM/BOP creation, new regular, new part number assembly and cost evaluation.

MAIN FINANCIAL AND MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Turnover, P&L, Productivity of industrial & manufacturing equipments, manpower under his/her responsibility)

Initiate SMED workshop to reduce changeover time;

Initiate TPM workshop to improve machine OEE;

Initiate Hoshin workshop to improve cycle time and increase PPH;

Initiate QRQC workshop to reduce quality scrap and in-process PPM;

Initiate cost reduction project to improve efficiency and reduce direct headcount;

Coach and support technician resolve machine problem;

Prepare WI. Coach and support supervisor to train operators by correct method to do correctly and confirm the effectiveness.

QAD use

2/Requirements:

More than 3 years Mechanical engineering work background (preferably connector).

RoHS and deal with hazardous chemicals knowledge.

Knowledge of ISO14001.

English or Chinese communication and computer application including CAD/Pro.

Good team worker and strong hand skill.
