1. Job Description

   • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering or related field.

   • 15+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

   • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.

   • Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer complaint handling and team management skills.

   • Good English communication, MS Office/Excel skills; experience with OEM/Tier-1 customers and supplier quality is preferred.

2. Requirements

   • Preferred candidate:

   • Automotive / Automotive Components – top priority.

   • Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive suppliers with experience working with OEM customers.

   • Wiring Harness manufacturing.

   • Candidates from high-volume manufacturing with strong IATF 16949 and quality management experience are preferred.
