Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, OJT, and certification training for operators and line leaders
• Maintain training matrices, skill assessments, and certification records
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs (quality, productivity, safety)
• Support NPI training readiness and operator qualification
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and TWI methods to improve training systems
• Support audits by providing training records and compliance evidence
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related fields)
• Around 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/training roles
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and standard work
• Experience in creating SOPs and training materials
• Good communication and training/facilitation skills
• Proficient in MS Office; basic Excel data analysis
• Good at English; Mandarin is a plus
