Hiring Manager (80mil VND/Healthcare/Medical/Hanoi)

Job Description:

  • Develop plans and take direct responsibility for recruitment, especially for key positions, to meet the company's flexible development needs.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a talent pool through direct networking activities, focusing on personnel in the Business, Marketing, and Market Development departments.
  • Regularly update and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a high-quality, stable pool of candidates ready to meet emerging recruitment needs.
  • Conduct assessments, interviews, and screenings of candidates, ensuring a good fit in terms of professional skills, company culture, and development direction.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department in developing and implementing recruitment communication activities and building the employer image on channels such as: Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Business departments at various locations/units to accurately understand recruitment needs and propose appropriate and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor, manage, and report recruitment progress periodically to relevant parties and the Board of Directors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in the field of Medical or healthcare industry, including at least 2-3 years of experience at a headhunting firm or in a recruitment management role.
  • Strong in recruiting for Sales, Business Development (BD), and Back Office (BO) positions.
  • Previously held a Team Leader/Manager position or equivalent, with experience in building, managing, and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, from planning, sourcing, interviewing, evaluation to pipeline management and reporting.
  • Ability to work directly with the Management Board, receiving and translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong team leadership skills, strategic thinking, multitasking management, and ability to work under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
