Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering (PE) team to ensure efficient and stable production processes.
• Analyze, design, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Optimize production layout, workflow, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) across the production line.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve line efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing process flow, work instructions, and line setup.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield rate, cycle time, and productivity.
• Work closely with foreign experts to align on technical standards, process improvements, and best practices.
• Train and develop team members to enhance technical capability and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Process Engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in process improvement, line optimization, and production efficiency enhancement.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in wire harness / cable / automotive industry.
• Good command of English, able to communicate and work directly with foreign experts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
