The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and improve customer engagement in a competitive retail environment.

  • Build and execute annual campaign roadmap aligned with business objectives and seasonal priorities
  • Translate pricing strategies into compelling marketing campaigns and customer-facing messages
  • Lead end-to-end campaign lifecycle: consumer insights, segmentation, planning, execution, and optimization
  • Manage and coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize budget allocation, and maximize ROI through data-driven decisions
  • Drive personalization strategies to improve customer experience and conversion
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team; foster collaboration across departments
  • Ensure continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness through analysis and insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail marketing, with proven campaign management experience
  • Strong expertise in campaign planning, brand management, and market research
  • Experience in budgeting, ROI analysis, and agency management
  • Proven ability to execute high-impact, price-competitive campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop team members
  • High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Fluent English communication
