Responsibilities:

• Check and update the production plan.
• Coordinate material status meetings.
• Follow up with all concerned departments regarding material status.
• Monitor deliveries to all customers.
• Follow up with all concerned departments to resolve production line issues.
• Take necessary actions to avoid line stoppages.
• Prepare export documentation.
• Check and update finished goods stock.
• Receive and maintain BOM data and files.
• Collect data on line stoppages and countermeasures from all concerned departments.
• Collect customer delivery data.
• Provide timely reports on material issues, line stoppages, and finished goods stock issues.
• Check and coordinate customer order data and required documents with the Marketing Department.
• Prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Training: Supply Chain Management, Costing, Kanban
• Skills: Supervisory management, leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and organized personality.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
