Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage and coordinate large-scale real estate or industrial manufacturing projects from planning through execution and completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Investment & Deal Advisory

• Provide advisory support on investment deals, including feasibility studies, financial evaluations, and risk assessments, to support managements strategic decisions.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Review and analyze financial statements and project financial models to assess performance, investment viability, and potential improvement areas.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with clients, contractors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management

• Identify project and investment risks and develop practical mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.

Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare and deliver project progress reports, financial analyses, and risk updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in deal advisory or management consulting at a Big 4 / Big 3 consulting firm, top-tier or second-tier bank, or reputable financial institution, preferably within real estate or industrial manufacturing sectors.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and financial modeling.

• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements independently.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
