About the Company

To support this ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive technology innovation, accelerate AI adoption, and build scalable platforms that will shape the company's future.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision, roadmap, and architecture strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across technology, engineering, infrastructure, and data functions.
• Ensure the organization maintains its position as a technology leader within Vietnam and strengthens its competitiveness across the region.
• Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies to create sustainable business advantages and improve customer outcomes.

AI Strategy & Innovation

• Lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of AI initiatives across the organization.
• Drive the adoption of advanced AI technologies, including Agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• Ensure AI products and solutions deliver measurable business value and meaningful customer impact.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous technological advancement.

Data Governance & Data Platform

• Establish and oversee a comprehensive data strategy covering data collection, management, governance, security, and utilization.
• Build scalable data platforms that support AI development and business decision-making.
• Ensure data assets are effectively managed and leveraged as a strategic business capability.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

System Architecture & Platform Scalability

• Design and govern modern, scalable, and high-performance technology architectures.
• Lead architecture modernization initiatives to support future growth and evolving business needs.
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence across all technology platforms.
• Drive engineering best practices and technology standardization across the organization.

Engineering Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing engineering organization.
• Establish competency frameworks, development methodologies, and talent development programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities across engineering teams to support long-term organizational growth.

Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, creativity, and decision-making skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CTO or equivalent senior technology leadership role within large-scale technology organizations.
• Proven experience leading engineering organizations comprising 500+ software engineers.
• Demonstrated success in operating and scaling platforms serving millions of users and hundreds of thousands of business customers.
• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and practical experience developing AI products or integrating AI capabilities into software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills with experience presenting, speaking, or representing organizations at conferences, industry forums, or executive events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience working within product-driven technology organizations.
• Exposure to large-scale platform businesses and digital transformation initiatives.
