Sales Manager
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in strategic industries such as automotive, medical devices, industrial electronics, and consumer technology.

Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts, including prospecting, capability presentations, RFQ handling, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, especially Japanese clients, building long-term, trust-based strategic relationships.

Lead and support technical discussions and RFQ processes, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into feasible project and quotation plans.

Work closely with internal teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and project management to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.

Monitor and analyze the Vietnam EMS market, including customer demand, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging manufacturing technologies.

Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement in service quality, cost competitiveness, and operational performance.

Represent the company in customer meetings, factory visits, audits, and business discussions as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within EMS, ODM, or OEM environments.

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in EMS, electronic components, or contract manufacturing.

Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese customers is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge

Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA, SMT, testing, and supply chain operations.

Language Skills

Business-fluent Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
