Sales Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Represent the companys brand and introduce insulated panel solutions to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct technical presentations, provide solution-based consultations, and promote product inclusion in project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: architects, consultants, project developers, main and subcontractors.
- Develop a pipeline of new projects, track opportunity progress, and ensure achievement of monthly KPIs.
- Manage and update CRM systems, including potential customers, project pipelines, and market information.
- Gather market data, analyze competitor activities, and monitor industry trends.
- Coordinate with Commercial Managers to track project progress, analyze specification status, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers and installation partners.
- Contribute ideas for new product development and market expansion initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials industry; experience in insulation materials is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; good command of English.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Business-driven, proactive, creative, and capable of building long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of sustainability trends and green building materials is a plus.
