Sales Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the companys brand and introduce insulated panel solutions to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Conduct technical presentations, provide solution-based consultations, and promote product inclusion in project specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: architects, consultants, project developers, main and subcontractors.
  • Develop a pipeline of new projects, track opportunity progress, and ensure achievement of monthly KPIs.
  • Manage and update CRM systems, including potential customers, project pipelines, and market information.
  • Gather market data, analyze competitor activities, and monitor industry trends.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Managers to track project progress, analyze specification status, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers and installation partners.
  • Contribute ideas for new product development and market expansion initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials industry; experience in insulation materials is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; good command of English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Business-driven, proactive, creative, and capable of building long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends and green building materials is a plus.
