Job Description

• Manage, operate, and supervise all activities of the Accounting Department.
• Manage a team of around 03 personnel, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Take responsibility for the company's accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and control financial statements in accordance with regulations.
• Analyze financial status, make plans, and forecast financial resources.
• Liaise with Tax authorities, Auditors, Banks, and other related functional agencies.
• Control the accounting book system, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage and effectively operate the ERP system for accounting tasks.
• Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategies, cost control, and optimization of operational efficiency.
• Report directly to the Finance Director (Chinese expat).

Requirements

• Male/Female, from 28 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Hold a Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Minimum 03 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or an equivalent accounting management position in a manufacturing enterprise.
• Fluent in Chinese across all 4 skills (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing); capable of working directly with Chinese management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and corporate finance regulations.
• Good team management skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
