JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Product Quality Management and Control

• Monitor, control, and ensure product quality throughout the entire production process.
• Analyze defects arising on the production line, identify root causes, and propose appropriate improvement solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues related to products, raw materials, and production processes.
• Track and evaluate quality indicators such as defect rates, NG (Not Good)/scrap rates, and the effectiveness of improvement activities.

2. Customer Quality Management

• Receive, analyze, and handle quality feedback and complaints from customers.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare content and participate in quality meetings with customers.
• Prepare defect analysis reports, 8D reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and quality documents as requested by customers.
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions and ensure improvement measures are implemented effectively.

3. Quality Management System (QMS)

• Maintain, operate, and improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or related standards.
• Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and support the preparation of documentation for auditing purposes.
• Develop and update procedures, inspection standards, and work instructions to ensure compliance in production.
• Propose improvement activities to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical, Electronics, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management, product quality control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Chinese, with the ability to communicate and discuss work with customers/partners and internal departments.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, defect analysis, and problem-solving is an advantage.
• Careful, meticulous, highly responsible, and capable of following tasks through to completion.
• Strong teamwork skills, cross-departmental coordination, and the ability to work under high pressure.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:

• Location: Hai Duong
• Salary: ~ 20,000,000 - 28,000,000 VND
• Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday - Friday & 2 Saturday mornings per month.
• 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.
• Social Insurance (BHXH) in accordance with regulations, with contributions starting from the probation period.
• Salary review and promotion opportunities twice a year.
