RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new clients in the manufacturing sector while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Negotiate and collaborate with customers to provide the company's services effectively.
• Oversee the entire service delivery process to ensure smooth coordination with customers.
• Support additional on-site operational tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, under 35 years old.
• College or University degree.
• 1 year of experience working at Sales position.
• Willing to work on-site when needed.
• Good communication in Japanese at work.

REPORTING LINE

• Report directly to the Senior Sales Executive.
• Report to the Japanese Manager in certain cases.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: up to VND 20,000,000/month (gross)
• 13th-month salary (non-fixed).
• Year-end bonus equivalent to approximately one month's salary, depending on company performance.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Working days: Monday to Friday, during certain periods, the working schedule was only one Saturday per month.
