Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost models in collaboration with Product and Process Engineers, including component breakdown and cost analysis.
• Conduct capacity analysis, line layout planning, CAPEX analysis, and floor plan deployment based on customer forecasts.
• Plan and allocate overall resources and production space effectively.
• Create detailed project timelines aligned with customer requirements.
• Assign key activities, track progress regularly, and identify risks during project development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor material and tooling status to ensure smooth sample builds.
• Track new product qualification processes until final approval.
• Initiate and implement project risk mitigation plans.
• Communicate project progress with internal stakeholders and participate in regular project meetings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

• Global and Site Process Engineering Teams
• Site Production and Manufacturing Team
• APU Manager, QA Manager, and ME Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience; experience in product and process development is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including failure analysis capability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good at English and Chinese.
• Proactive, responsible, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
