Senior System Engineer

(Senior System Integration Engineer / SI Specialist)

Location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and configure Server, Storage, Backup, and Monitoring systems in accordance with project scope and requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements, design technical solutions, and propose appropriate infrastructure configurations.
• Implement Data Center / Disaster Recovery (DC/DR) solutions, virtualization, clustering, and replication to ensure system availability and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with Network, Security, and Application teams during system integration to ensure seamless interoperability and stable operations.
• Conduct system handover, operational training, and technical knowledge transfer for customers.

• Participate in troubleshooting, provide consulting on system upgrades, and optimize IT infrastructure performance.

• Proactively research and stay updated on emerging technologies; contribute to the evaluation and proposal of new infrastructure solutions for the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in deploying server, storage, backup, and monitoring systems; candidates with experience working in System Integrator (SI) companies are preferred.
• Proficient in at least one server operating system: IBM AIX or Linux.
• Solid understanding of deployment and acceptance processes in system integration projects.
• Practical experience in deploying and administering:
  • Server platforms: IBM Power, VMware
  • Storage systems: SAN / NAS
  • Backup solutions: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas

  • Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and system monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus).
• Holding international certifications from vendors such as VMware, Cisco, HPE is a strong advantage.
• Good command of English for professional communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly income: Base salary + KPI bonus (20% of monthly salary) + commission; total compensation package of up to 18 months salary per year.
• Periodic performance rewards ranging from VND 5–20 million, depending on performance and award structure (monthly/quarterly/program-based/special achievements).
