Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Operation

• Manage overall IQC and IPQC activities within the factory
• Lead, assign, and supervise QC team performance (team size of 50+ members)
• Evaluate team performance and drive continuous capability improvement
• Provide training and coaching to enhance technical skills and quality awareness

2. Quality Control Management

• Organize and supervise incoming material inspection in accordance with technical standards
• Monitor in-process quality to ensure compliance with SOPs and customer requirements
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, PE, and R&D teams to improve product quality

3. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and deliver regular quality reports to management
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (defect rate, yield, etc.)
• Participate in internal audits and support customer audits when required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or College degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 1 year in a Supervisor/Leader role
• Experience managing large QC teams (50+ members) is required
• Strong understanding of IQC and IPQC processes in electronics manufacturing
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and handle quality issues effectively
• Good command of English or Chinese (mandatory)
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and overtime when required
