Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain welding procedures (WPS, PQR, WPQ)
• Select appropriate welding methods, materials, and parameters
• Ensure compliance with welding standards (AWS, ASME, ISO, EN)
• Troubleshoot welding issues and reduce defects
• Support production and improve welding efficiency
• Train operators and maintain welding documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Welding, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in welding engineering
• Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good at English
