Job Description

  • Handle and manage procedures for foreign employees, including work permits, visas, temporary residence cards, flight bookings, and related documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as payment procedures, expense handling, and preparation for guest reception.
  • Manage company apartments and vehicles, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance.
  • Support general HR & Administration activities as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above in relevant fields.
  • Proficient in English; Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
  • Good teamwork spirit with a strong sense of responsibility.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
  • Competitive salary and housing allowance.
  • OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
  • Social Insurance in full salary.
  • Annual leave: 12 days per year.
