Job Description
- Handle and manage procedures for foreign employees, including work permits, visas, temporary residence cards, flight bookings, and related documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as payment procedures, expense handling, and preparation for guest reception.
- Manage company apartments and vehicles, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance.
- Support general HR & Administration activities as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above in relevant fields.
- Proficient in English; Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
- Good teamwork spirit with a strong sense of responsibility.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
- Social Insurance in full salary.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
