Senior Test Sustaining Engineer (Hai Duong)

- Maintain and optimize test systems for PCBAs and electronic assemblies, including ICT, FCT, boundary scan, Hi-pot, and burn-in systems.
- Design, develop, validate, and maintain test fixtures to ensure reliable and efficient testing processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and production ramp-up activities.
- Analyze test data to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and minimize defects.
- Perform root cause analysis for test failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test procedures, work instructions, and validation reports.
- Collaborate with customers on test requirements and DFT (Design for Testability) implementation.
- Optimize test cycle time and coverage to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, IPC, and customer requirements).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment.
- Strong knowledge of PCBA testing methodologies (ICT, FCT, FPT).
- Hands-on experience with test platforms such as TR5001, Teradyne, Keysight, Agilent, or equivalent systems.
- Experience in testing Power Electronics products is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and Gerber files.
- Experience in test software development (LabVIEW, C/C++, Python, or similar).
- Solid understanding of DFT (Design for Testability) principles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills at board and component level.
- Good English communication
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Working time: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
