  • The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies, expanding B2B markets, and building strong international customer relationships, particularly in processed fruit products (puree/concentrates).
  • Develop and execute business strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Expand international and domestic B2B sales channels, with a focus on export markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to drive brand presence and business opportunities
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team; set KPIs and monitor performance
  • Analyze sales performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve business efficiency
  • Prepare periodic business reports for senior management
  • Ensure export operations comply with international standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics) to ensure product quality and smooth delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in processed fruit industry (puree/concentrates) or related food export sectors
  • Proven track record in developing international B2B markets and achieving sales targets
  • Strong network within the food/B2B industry (domestic and international)
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
  • Strategic thinking with result-driven mindset
