Position: NPI Manager

Salary Range: up to 3000USD

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the NPI project coordinator and oversee engineering activities for a new factory.
• Collect and manage engineering data, documentation, and reports.
• Track internal schedules, processes, and quality data.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support NPI programs and facilitate the smooth transition of new products into mass production while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee daily execution of outstanding engineering tasks.
• Prepare and present program summary reports to management.
• Work closely with the engineering team to address process-related challenges.
• Manage documentation and update production process records to ensure accuracy and timely modifications.
• Perform other temporary tasks as assigned by leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience at the same position in general manufacturing or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with cable production processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cable design and development procedures is preferred.
• Understanding of technical improvements in production equipment.
• Proficiency in oral and written English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
