Position: Factory Manager

Salary Range: USD 4000-5000

Location: Hung Yen

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directed and oversaw all factory operations to consistently achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
• Developed and executed strategic production plans, optimizing efficiency and minimizing operational downtime.
• Ensured full compliance with safety regulations while promoting a culture of workplace safety.
• Tracked and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborated with cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges and enhance workflow integration.
• Managed budgets and allocated resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and operational sustainability.
• Championed continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lean manufacturing techniques to drive productivity gains.
• Recruited, trained, and led a high-performing team, fostering professional development and employee engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 40-45 years old.
• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in factory or plant management, ideally within the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in production planning, process optimization, project management, customer service and operational oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Good at English
• Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of managing, developing, and motivating diverse teams.
• Thorough understanding of workplace safety standards, compliance requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on production and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.

Working Conditions:

- Shuttle bus from Hanoi to factory

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ KPI bonus (Bonus 2 times/year, 2 months salary each time)

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
