Position: Technical Manager (Led)

Salary: VND 45 - 60 million/month (negotiable based on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Inspect LED lighting products and manage quality control activities.

• Manage LED lighting manufacturing processes and overall production operations.

• Handle customer communication, technical coordination, and customer technical support.

• Prepare, review, and manage technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation.

• Proficient in CAD software (2D & 3D); capable of design review and design optimization.

• Provide technical consulting and support, including maintenance assistance, installation support, and technical troubleshooting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree or higher in relevant fields such as Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or related disciplines.

• Must have working experience in an LED lighting manufacturing company.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical roles.

• Strong hands-on technical experience in LED lighting, semiconductors, optical design, thermal management, and electronic circuit design.

• Practical experience in LED product development and up-to-date knowledge of the latest LED lighting technologies and trends.

• Experience in LED product inspection and quality control.

• Experience in LED manufacturing processes and production management.

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles and technical support.

• Experience in providing technical consulting, maintenance support, installation support, and problem-solving.

• Experience with technical drawings, BOM preparation, and technical documentation management.

• Proficient in CAD tools (2D & 3D); capable of design verification and optimization.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers, R&D, production, and quality teams.

• Foreign language proficiency (English, Korean, Chinese, etc.) is a strong advantage.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience working in foreign-invested companies.
