Position: Line Leader

Salary Range: ~ VND 20,000,000 (negotiation)

Location: Long An

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all employees on the production line are trained in skills, fully understand the production processes, and are aware of labor safety regulations before starting work.
• Arrange personnel according to their capabilities and job requirements to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with the team leader to analyze and resolve quality or capacity issues; monitor and evaluate improvement results.
• Control the inventory of production auxiliary materials during the shift, ensuring sufficient supplies and avoiding waste.
• Be responsible for maintaining production equipment during the shift, ensuring the equipment operates smoothly.
• Manage production documents, ensuring that only the approved versions are used.
• Compile and complete daily production reports, monitor production progress, and report promptly to the team leader to address any emerging issues.
• Supervise and assess the daily work performance of employees and provide timely feedback to the team leader.
• Implement and monitor the adherence to the "5S" standards, workshop rules, and company-wide regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors and provide feedback on the execution results

REQUIREMENTS:

• 30 years old or older.
• Graduated from High School or higher.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a Production Line Leader in a factory, preferably with experience in managing an electronic component production line.
• Proficient in English or Chinese for work purposes.
• High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and effective team collaboration.
• Capable of managing and supervising a team of 10-20 employees.
• Able to identify issues and risks in the production process and proactively propose improvement solutions.

Working Conditions:

- Shuttle bus from HCM to factory

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month

- Social Insurance: full salary

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
