Position: QA Manager

Salary Range: up to 2000USD

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all products and services meet or exceed established quality standards within the factory.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and industry standards.
• Define quality objectives and targets, monitor progress, and ensure their achievement.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Establish and maintain quality control systems, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality audits.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials and components.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects/scrap, optimize costs, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and eliminate quality-related issues.
• Address customer complaints regarding quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive ongoing quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer audits and visits related to quality assurance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the plant manager.

RBA Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.
• Identify and report quality-related issues while providing improvement suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with knowledge of cable assembly.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, and Six Sigma.
• Excellent English & Chinese communication skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with expertise in quality management tools.
• Familiarity with ISO9000, ISO14000, and ISO45001 standards, preferably a certified internal auditor.
• Knowledge of international standards such as UL, CSA, ASTM, DIN, JIS, and CECC.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
